Debugging your application’s intermittent issues are really
challenging in Azure App Service & sometimes Application Insights is not
enough to provide you the solution. Depending upon your scenarios, retrieving
& analyzing memory dump could be possible way to determine the root cause of
the issue.
Refer the below steps to capture the memory dump:
1. Go to “Diagnose and solve problems” -> “Diagnostic
Tools”:

3. Choose a suitable place to save the dump file:
